Alongside acting as a hands on marketing consultant for our clients, Rich’s primary role is to ensure that WTB is able to service all our clients effectively. Rich is an experienced communications strategist and digital marketer. He has spent the majority of his career working in global agencies and is experienced in developing teams, products and services whilst working with emerging start-up brands and more established names including launching both EE & Netflix in the UK. Over his 20 years in marketing, Rich has gained extensive experience working in the tech, fintech & B2B sectors.

Lydia has 15+ years’ experience helping brands identify the most effective role of comms to maximise the impact of their media investment. She has extensive sector experience, allowing informed recommendations from a variety of sources, from major retail brands, travel, ecom, gaming, motor and others. Having led media trading in the largest independent agency in the UK and Global Network agencies, Sean has established deep relationships with media owners and has the ability to create value for clients through their media trades.
