To administer our business

We maintain records of candidates, staff, directors, shareholders, option holders and business contacts as part of the day to day administration of our business.

Applicant and staff data may include contact details, employment history, salary and benefits details and training information as appropriate. Shareholder and option holder data will include contact details and shareholdings/options.

We process this most of information on the basis of a legal contract or a legal duty. We will share this information when required with organisations such as Companies House and HMRC and it may be disclosed to our advisors, auditors when appropriate.

We have put organisational and technical measures in place to ensure that this data is appropriately protected and is only retained for as long as is required.

Staff data will be processed using a specialist payroll bureau, with whom we have an appropriate contract including data protection clauses requiring appropriate security measures, and may be passed to providers of benefits such as pensions.
